How do category limits work during the auction?
If a team already has the maximum number of players allowed in a category, it cannot buy another player of that category; the sale is blocked with a clear message.

Yes — a free one. Make random or seeded (ranked) knockout draws for any category, with automatic byes, and print or save them as PDF.
Can the auction run in points?
Yes. Choose points or rupees per tournament; purses, bids and sale prices all follow that setting.
