The Service

League Auction is software for sports leagues to collect player registrations, manage teams and purses, run a live player auction, share a public tournament page and make knockout draws. Some modules, such as the tie sheet generator, are free; tournament features are provided under a plan.

Accounts

• You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time password. Keep access to your phone secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Give accurate details. Every account needs a real name and a profile photo.
• Roles (organiser, tournament admin, team owner) are granted by the platform or an organiser and can be changed or removed.

Organiser responsibilities

If you run a tournament on League Auction, you are responsible for it. In particular you will:

• Collect players' data lawfully and obtain their consent (or a parent's or guardian's, for minors) before publishing their names, photos or other details
• Only upload identity documents you are entitled to collect, and use them only to verify players
• Set your tournament's rules, fees, prizes and auction settings, and resolve disputes with your players, owners and sponsors
• Comply with all laws that apply to your league

No betting or gambling

Auction purses and bids on League Auction are a tool for building teams; they are points or budgets set by the organiser, not wagers. The Service must not be used for betting, gambling, fantasy-money games or any activity that is unlawful where you are. We may suspend tournaments that do.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful or infringes someone else's rights
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your connection with a league
• Attempt to access data or accounts you are not authorised to, or interfere with the Service's security or availability
• Scrape, copy or resell the Service, or use it to send spam
• Upload malware or attempt to reverse-engineer the Service

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you add — player details, photos, logos and team data. You give us a limited licence to host, process and display it only to provide the Service, including on public tournament pages you choose to enable. You confirm you have the rights to the content you upload.

Our content

The Service, its design, software, logos and text belong to League Auction and its licensors. You may not use our name or branding without permission. Printouts and share images from the free modules may carry our branding, which must not be removed.

Plans and payments

Paid plans and their prices are shown on the site or agreed with us in writing. Unless stated otherwise, plans are one-time charges per tournament or period described in the plan, and prices include applicable taxes where stated.

All plan purchases are final and non-refundable; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available, including during live auctions, but it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change, add or remove features. Planned maintenance will avoid announced auction times wherever possible.

Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party hosting and infrastructure providers, and links to services like WhatsApp, YouTube and Instagram. Their terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for them.

Tournament listings and payments

Tournaments listed on the public Tournaments pages are posted by their organisers. League Auction does not run these events, does not collect entry fees and does not verify or guarantee the details, prizes, dates or venues shown.

• Any payment, entry fee or registration fee is made directly between you and the organiser, outside League Auction.
• League Auction is not responsible for any payment, refund, cancellation, loss or payment fraud arising from a listing or from dealings with an organiser.
• Confirm the details with the organiser before you pay, and pay only through channels you trust.
• If a listing looks wrong or fraudulent, report it to ipovault@gmail.com or through the Contact page — we may remove it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, League Auction is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost profits or data, or for disputes between organisers, players, owners and sponsors. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify League Auction against claims arising from your tournament, your content or your breach of these terms.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts or tournaments that breach these terms or the law, or that put other users at risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at our place of business in India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law.
