Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please read this policy before buying a League Auction plan. By completing a purchase you agree to it.
All purchases are final
Once a plan has been purchased, it cannot be cancelled and the amount paid is not refundable — whether or not the tournament, registrations or auction have started, and whether or not all features of the plan are used.
Try before you buy
Because purchases are non-refundable, we encourage you to try the free live demo, and to contact us with any questions about which plan fits your league, before you pay.
Free modules
The tie sheet generator, live demo and other free modules cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
Billing errors
If you were charged more than once for the same purchase, or charged an amount different from the price you agreed to, write to ipovault@gmail.com with your payment reference. A charge made in error is corrected and the extra amount returned to the original payment method.
Suspended accounts
No refund is given where an account or tournament is suspended for breaching our Terms & Conditions.
